The foggy coastal town of Hay's Cove is hiding a secret - a full on gang war between the Universal Syndicate: a crime organization made up of classical monster movie figures street punks inspired by 2010s internet horror.
How's it all hidden? Well, it's on a small scale, a REALLY small scale. Hidden beneath a construction site of an amusement park, an odd old fellow named Archie Podnik works tirelessly to give countless spirits a place to stay so they'll get out of his head, creating figurine-like vessels and placing them in a demonstration-model-sized version of the full park.
And in the middle of it all, Audrey Dupont, who just wants a little bit of freedom from her overbearing mother Robin after she becomes horrifically overprotective due to a series of mysterious incidents taking place in the area. She finds herself mixed up in Podnik's affairs and the gang war.
